I paid almost $50 for coffee, and when my coffee was cooled , I asked her to add more to get hot, she told me. Must pay again !!!!
KC (I assume the manager) was so averse to making a drink at a business based around making drinks she wouldn't put sugar in my drink when i asked for it. KC also took the time to snide and condescend me throughout our conversation. This is not the first time i have been condescended and talked down to by KC in particular.
