I order from starbucks 4-5 times a week for last year or two. I stopped by to get a cup of ice this is the second incident the first i felt may have been a fluke i didn’t order but was doing work there I come and order and do work there all the time and i was told to leave for them to tell me have to make a purchase. Stood in line waiting to get my pick up order for over 5 minutes, being ignored and watching other people be served ahead of me. Finally inserted myself in front of a staff member and they had my order right there the whole time. What the hell? What's wrong with you people? You're so focused on the drive thru times that you OPENLY IGNORE people visiting your store in person? This happened 4/5/26 at 10 AM. No wonder Starbucks is a joke nowadays
This location has always had wonderful customer service, everyone is patient, friendly, professional, asks what else they can get you, instead of rushing you along like most establishments nowadays, IM OBSESSED WITH THEIR ICED MATCHED WITH LAVENDER FOAM, and cake pops! 🧁🪻
