Cole generously provided me with a sample of a special holiday syrup as I decided which venti latte I should order at this Starbucks which I always enjoy coming to while I drive from Phoenix to Tucson. Excellent service!!
Drinks are consistently amazing and made with love every visit no matter who is working. Every staff member is friendly and genuinely helpful, they jump to meet any customer need and usually offer help before I even have a chance to ask. You know exactly what you’re getting at this store and they deliver a great product and great experience every time, it has the feel of a small coffee shop if you didn’t know it was a Starbucks. We went through the drive through at 8:50. Ten minutes before closing. We get to the window and we’re asked to be patient because it was almost closing time. We said of course we understand. When we get our drinks we are told next time to please come earlier. Our drinks were not even done correctly. We had 4 peppermint hot chocolate and only 2 had peppermint. Disappointing after spending $24.
Always recieve great service here! I don't always get to grab Starbucks coffee but when I fo I come here because they are always so friendly.
