My cofffee was mixed up
Always get the best service here! And not one wrong order in the 5 years going here! They also move the drive-thru well, with the longest wait (cars wrapped around the building) was about 8 minutes. No complaints!
I came to Starbucks and ordered a hot coffee, but I was told they did not have creamer available on the side. The employee said I could only get half-and-half, or I would have to pay an extra $1.25 for creamer. That was disappointing because I’m literally at a coffee shop ordering coffee. Creamer should be a basic option offered with hot coffee, not something that feels like an upcharge. The service could have been handled better, and the whole experience made no sense to me. Waited 20 minutes for a sweetened passion tea lemonade (the same thing I’ve been getting my whole life) and this store is the first one to ever mess it up not once but twice. First they gave me a tea without lemonade and then sent me on my way with an unsweetened version of the drink. Like i said, just want yall to know that you’re the first statbucks in 20 years to mess this simple drink up thanks for nothing
