Dear Emily, this job is not to your forte. I'm saying this because it took you less than 5 seconds to take my order, yet somehow, I ended up waiting 10 minutes for 2 coffees at 6 AM with NO ONE in line. The girl at the drive thru window was extremely rude. She actually told me this " it looks like the order was just placed and it's hasn't been started yet ". The app clearly stated it would be ready after 242PM. I showed up at 247. Then I noticed a lady in front of me trunk was open. I asked the lady to inform her and the window lady ignored me. I never have this problem at Starbucks. The employees are usually very happy and pleaseant but not this lady. I was unable to get her name.
Thank you so much that the manager, Johnny and supervisors and staff keep the store spotless - even when they are sooo busy. I choose this location rather than stores closer to me because it shines with a friendly atmosphere, quality drinks and cleanliness. You create for us the Starbucks experience they began in 1971.
