This place is horrible. I went in the lobby for a small drink, i waited 10 minutes for my drink. The drive line was not long , the all the people working were just taking out the drive thru and mobile orders ONLY. When I asked if my drink was about to be next she said my drink was after everyone, so people that dont go in drive thru and just walk in well we ARE NOT Priority only drive thru and mobile orders. Let's not forget about the attitude and rudeness. Work on customer service.
Just want to give a shout out to Denise and Prince. There's also a gal with red in her hair and I can't remember her name. She works in the morning. Yall are always so kind and helpful. I come here just about everyday. Thanks for the kindness. We can't get enough of that right now. Stay blessed Starbucks crew.
For the life of me, I can’t understand how this place always gets my order wrong. I can repeat it, spell it out, order the simplest thing, and every time without fail it’s wrong. Go down the street to the Target starbucks, at least there it’s a 50/50 chance you get the drink you just paid $10 for.
