Had me purchase something for a cup a water after I was just here an hour ago getting a drink and merchandise. SMH I also tipped and that is very rude to ask a citizen to purchase something for a cup of water in 110 degrees outside. I will never tip at Starbucks again just because of this incident.

The cashier was very rude, I asked for extra strawberry in the acai drink and he didn't put it and is ok we make mistakes, but when I told him he said he did when clearly it wasn't. He remaked my drink and was very rude when he give it to me. I always come here to get this drink on my way back home to Maricopa city and never had a problem like this. How many Starbucks are on the way? and still choose this one because of the service and today it wasn't good I didn't like this guys actitud
Air conditioning too cold. Was looking for the familiar "3rd place" feel that made Starbucks a great place to go to in the old days. Not here. Just dark, cold, anaceptic, utilitarian atomosphere with uncomfortable seating. On the good side these are things Starbuck's could easily fix.
