Out riding my bike it was 115 degrees outside went in to cool off and get a cup of water and cool off in a bad situation financially currently they refused me water said I have to purchase something first.. I came here on Tuesday to redeem my birthday drink but it was not appearing in the application despite making purchases beforehand. Not only did the manager fix the issue but he gave me a very nice insulated tumbler and all the employees wished me a happy birthday. It made my day, thank you Starbucks!
