Would it kill ya to smile guys?! Every time I come here I get the vibes that making my coffee (black coffee nothing crazy) and serving me is some kind of arduous chore. Have thought about writing this review and refrained multiple times but after the 5th different barista exhibiting the same poor attitude and customer service skills, this one is well deserved.
Staff is super, extremely RUDE!! I had my daughter get down of the car to ask for a cup of ice from our water that we had and they refuse to give it to her “with the excuse she needed to buy something” so I gave her my card to pay for the cup of ice and the lady refuse to charge her for it. My daughter only needed ice for her water that was getting worm. I got to this Starbucks at 5:50pm and it’s posted that they close at 6pm. The woman over the speaker said, I’m sorry we’re closed. I said ma’am, it’s 5:50pm and you guys close in 10 minutes. She said I’m sorry I already closed everything down. That’s not only illegal, if you guys close at 5:50pm and not 6pm, please post that. I’ve never been more upset.
