This Starbucks is one of the top locations that I have visited over the years. Whenever I travel across the US and abroad, I go to Starbucks for my breakfast. I usually go to this location when the morning rush going on and they are slammed. The crew is patient and efficient. The manager is always on the floor and there to help with questions etc. I have seen him cleaning the customer areas after the rush is over. First I would like to say I do not order drinks from here because they never get my drink right bc I get addins. I used to work at Starbucks and you need to read the drink and under. Today I ordered two sandwiches with no cheese around 1:30. Got there 15 mins later and I had one sandwich with two stickers on it. No one helped me or asked if I needed anything while I was standing there holding my bag. Finally, I asked and they said they're out. The staff is so pleasant! Service is quick and the facility is clean.
Horrible experience. I love starbucks but don't like service in this location. No smile and takes longer than 5mins to ask me why im in store....lol
