It took 15 mins to get my drink (no exaggeration) and it wasn’t super busy, but the drive thru was the only priority and not the couple people standing around waiting. There was no order to the drinks as well. People that ordered after me got their drinks 1st. Terrible experience and would have been better off going to the Safeway Starbucks.

Customer service is passive aggressive and gossipy generally, but what can you really expect from this generation anymore. Everything is way overpriced
