Customer service is passive aggressive and gossipy generally, but what can you really expect from this generation anymore. Everything is way overpriced
I was standing in line for about 10 mins and was ignored. And a line started to gather behind me. And the lady took the people behind me orders and then the other people after them. After that i really just wanted to walk out. Its hard enough trying to order food with no voice...anyways i waited longer because i had a moble order i had placed here. Had a mishap on my drink order, but I spoke with Kaylee on the phone to help- she was very patient and understanding.
