This Starbucks location has been the slowest I've encountered. I dropped off my wife for a cup of coffee, and the wait time was 19 minutes. When she inquired about the status after 15 minutes, the server responded with, 'I'm working on it.' However, it was evident that this was not the case, and a more honest response would have been appreciated. Customers are perceptive and tend to remember such experiences. So bad. My sandwich was wet?!?? And my bagel was cold and they forgot my cream cheese which they charge u extra for! And the drinks took over 20 minutes to make and when they were finished they tasted like poop. Save your money and your time by simply saying no to Starbucks.
