I ordered two ice pumpkin cream chai for me and my daughter, and we both agreed that it tasted wrong. We order this almost every time we go to Starbucks, and this one had no foam, and we couldn’t taste the chai. We asked them to fix it, but it still tasted bad, so we just asked for a refund instead. They wouldn’t give us the refund and just kept remaking it, which we told them we didn’t want. Somehow the flavor of the drinks here is always off. Even something simple like a latte just tastes wrong. We avoid this location in favor of the starbucks on Ox Rd. nearby.
Everytime I come here I’m disappointed. I order Starbucks about 3 times a day, might be a bit much but I like the way the Starbucks tea tastes, respectfully I am now reserve status because I buy so much tea from this company. Although this one is closest to my house I try to avoid it as much as possible because I am constantly disappointed. They're clearly not managed actively by someone tracking orders going out. There's always a pile of sandwiches by the heater instead at the end of the counter where customers can grab them.
