Yall gotta stop doing this “my name is sally, whats yours” at the drive thru. It’s creepy and weird, it prolongs the ordering process which creates inefficiency for a drive thru. We arent in the drive thru to chit chat, we just want our coffee. “What’s the name for the order” is professional and straightforward. Just stop.
