I come here once a week to study for a change of pace. I get a hot chocolate with no Whip cream. And everyone time they put Whip cream i ln. AND THEN GET UPSET AT ME FOR SAYING THATS NOT WHAT I ORDERED. Truthfully its only 1 or 2 employees that do that. But it really ruins the relaxing atmosphere that i would hope a Starbucks would have
This location tends to be a hit or a miss, though more recently it seems the standards are particularly inconsistent. Drinks with espresso may turn out tasting somewhat off which might be lack of calibration on their machines. The staff was so smiley and friendly and they worked so efficiently! Made my day with their sweet personalities.
Not being able to get a cup of water is interesting. Guess the business can not afford that.
