Customer service is very rude. Almost like the customers are bothering them. Nine times out of ten my drink is wrong. I keep trying to give them another shot and they continue to disappoint me. It’s almost like you’re bothering them if you need to customize a drink.
Starbucks has always been our absolute go-to stop after our morning runs, and we consistently have a great experience with the brand. Today, we are out here visiting family in California and popped into the Norco location during our morning run with my daughter. I come here once a week to study for a change of pace. I get a hot chocolate with no Whip cream. And everyone time they put Whip cream i ln. AND THEN GET UPSET AT ME FOR SAYING THATS NOT WHAT I ORDERED. Truthfully its only 1 or 2 employees that do that. But it really ruins the relaxing atmosphere that i would hope a Starbucks would have
This location tends to be a hit or a miss, though more recently it seems the standards are particularly inconsistent. Drinks with espresso may turn out tasting somewhat off which might be lack of calibration on their machines. I would not recommend this location for the quality of their products compared to other locations nearby. Mobile order customizations will be ignored more often than not. The staff was so smiley and friendly and they worked so efficiently! Made my day with their sweet personalities.
