I rarely leave reviews because I usually do not have time to, but today I had to make an exception for Shawn! I have been to many Starbucks locations, and he is hands down the best barista I have ever encountered. I mistakenly sent my order to the wrong store and didn't realize it until I reached the window. Shawn quickly resolved the issue and made my drinks right there. On top of that, he would not even accept my tip! Kinda disappointed. I’m a long-time customer of this location and have spent a lot of money here over the years. Today, I stopped in with my girlfriend to hang out for a little while before work, and we were told the lobby was for paying customers only—that we’d have to buy something or leave. This is the same place that once pressured me into buying a $30 Starbucks bottle in front of other customers. Loyalty used to mean something. I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Was at this Starbucks with my friend for at least 30 minutes without purchasing something. The general manager (as I was told by an employee) appeared after a while and asked a non-white man who has not purchased anything, to buy something or leave; and left us be, despite us being there longer without purchasing something. I was taken aback by the ignorant behavior and my concerns were dismissed when I pointed them out to an employee.
This location will literally hand you the credit card swiper out the window so you can swipe or insert your own debit card then have the audacity to ask for a tip.. I no longer go to this location
