I had to change my review. It’s been a few years and I have to say the place has gone downhill as far as employees get your drink right I really don’t think they read what you mobile order because every other day when I go in my drink is wrong. I’m tired of calling in and I’m tired of saying something to them. Needless to say Dutch Brothers coffee will be opening soon here and I will be taking my business there.
1st time ever going so I was trying to look at the menu & I wasnt in the drive thru 45 seconds & already felt super rushed.... but the 3 drinks I got all tasted great!
I came through the drive-through today and sat there for about 15 minutes and asked for two waters which I’ve always come here to get free of charge. Ask to speak to the manager. They told me to pull up so I did and the manager that came to the window was short haircut bigger built was very rude and unprofessional. I would like to speak to a district manager or someone higher up. it is definitely discrimination.
This will be the last time I ever visit a Starbucks franchise ridiculous prices for crappy coffee. These people don’t know how to make coffee at all. The products are terrible. Taste like crap Starbucks needs to go away.
I had an online order placed to the wrong store and the ladies at the state street location didn’t hesitate to help me. They were so nice and patient. Definitely will be going back!!
