Horrible customer service. I waited more than 25 minutes past the scheduled pickup time for my order. To make matters worse, one of my items had apparently been sitting there unattended, with no one making any effort to figure out which customer it belonged to. A pickup order should be ready reasonably close to the promised time—not 25+ minutes later while completed items sit around. Very disappointing experience and extremely poor order management.
