SLOWEST DRIVE THROUGH OF MY LIFE. there were only 3 cars ahead of us and it took, I kid you not, 30 mins to get through. We sat at the window waiting for our coffee for 10 whole minutes.
Aliya was dismissive and rude when asked to remake my drink. I come to this location because it’s close to work. It’s very unfortunate. Her customer service skills need improvement. Aliya doesn’t work well with the fast paste demand of this job, which results in drinks being made incorrectly.
Unfortunately, this location missed the mark. The drink was incorrect, the wait was longer than expected for a relatively slow period, and the customer service felt dismissive when the issue was mentioned. Starbucks sets a standard for consistency and service, and this visit fell well below it. At these prices, customers shouldn’t have to settle for subpar quality or attitude. Disappointing experience overall
Dee Dee is the best Manager i had the best experience with her. Her customer service is amazing the only Starbucks you need to visit best experience.
