Terrible customer service, I ordered a drink and they didn’t serve me what I ordered
I live 5 min away from a Starbucks in capital plaza. I choose to go to the New Carrollton starbucks because the staff there seems to put more effort in customer service and drink quality. As a plus they put effort in recognizing regulars I would definitely recommend coming here.
