Ordered a cappuccino and americano, was handed a drip coffee and a drip coffee with steamed milk. Not sure why I expected better, Starbucks is the worst, should have just gone to a gas station.
Ordered a cappuccino and got a glass full of milk. This is becoming the norm at a lot of Starbucks locations. I assume it’s lack of training. I would think a company as large as Starbucks would have some consistency across all their locations.
My goodness, the Starbucks was busy!! Me being me, I ordered a drip coffee with whole milk, you could just tell an easy order was not going to be unappreciated. Spent over an hour here today, working. During my visit I overheard who I assume is the manager giving the entire team praised for their focus efforts and great execution during such a busy time. TBH - I love to see that. Spanish the warm java, y'all! 5 for 5!!
