Terrible service. One of the drinks in my delivery order (a Venti latte) arrived only 25% full. Customer service was unhelpful; they refused to send a replacement and would only issue a refund (which takes up to a week to process). They even claimed they couldn't find the store location I ordered from. My initial hesitation about ordering was justified. Never again.
I love this place it will be my next favorite place to rest.
I don’t always come here but when i do its usually not a problem. Well i came and ordered my usual latte and the black female barista spoke to me in a really condescending tone. ‘Just tell me how you’re gonna pay’ and in a really rude attitude ‘you have to put the phone closer to be able to scan it’ which I was and the whole interaction just made me really uncomfortable. What was more weird was when she was friendly and nice to the white customer after me.
