They took 20 minutes to make my drink, and then it wasn't even made right.
Mobile order placed with a pickup time of 11.02am. I kept waiting till 11.18am for my order. No customer service, no curtesy to apologize or own no to the delay. Entitled staffers (Sarah and team)! No wonder Starbucks is in the decline as a brand, once a trail blazer for service and quality product. RiP Starbucks Maple Grove Location.
I normally don't leave a review for Starbucks, but Miley was the sweetest person I've ever encountered. She made me laugh and overall just has an amazing personality. What a wonderful person to hire and to encounter during a coffee pickup. Not to mention she had a great drink suggestion!
