i placed a mobile order at about 7:25 & it was said to be ready at 7:32. i showed up at 7:39 & it wasn’t ready. i received one item at 7:43 & was told the drink would be right out. 6 minutes later she asked me what my drink was & i told her & was told she has set it aside because they were out of protein milk. a simple question of what my order was or any form of communication to figure out why i was standing there for 15 minutes in an empty store would’ve made a difference. i’m not upset they were out of the item i ordered ... read more
Pretty much small, no raw sugar or napkins available, you have to ask at some nice workers. Some Starbucks locations are pretty much better.
Cashier person was pretty decent guy and did his part in at the register. Thank you for checking is it. 👍🏼👍🏼
The people who work at this location have HORRIBLE attitudes. I felt so talked down to today and the level of entitlement the staff have is really an ick. If you're looking to sit down for your $9 cup of coffee, this location isn't it. It's small and the layout makes it feel congested. It's also really loud and the overall ambiance is cold and uninviting. It's not the typical Starbucks store. ALSO... I question the cleanliness of this location.
