They gave me the wrong drink, and it tasted really nasty. Do not recommend going here. Avoid the Milford Starbucks at all costs.
I bring my own personal cup because I don’t want to waste plastic. I noticed they have still started preparing my drink in a plastic cup then dumping it in my personal cup. This defeats the whole purpose of me bringing in my cup to reduce plastic!!! It’s disappointing that a huge billion dollar company doesn’t care more about reducing their waste. Especially given the luxury prices we pay for their coffees.
I was disappointed by our service this last time we went. The drive thru wait takes longer than you'd want it to, and the person taking the orders wasnt listening at all to what we were saying. Claiming he couldn't put whipped cream on a latte, we had to repeat ourselves 3 times before he understood what we were saying. Then once we got to the window to pay, I asked the girl if I could only use 60 of my bonus stars to get $2 off our order, she then took 200 of my stars off instead, which was disappointing seeing how long it ... read more
