14-18 minutes wait on the app but in fact 35 minutes?? For 2 drinks I sat there for 40 minutes. I see people come and go while their order appearing after mine. I have no problems with the drinks, they're good. But you really should check the order system again.
make the dress code back to normal also the people with colored hair and they/them pronouns make delicious drinks

Probably the best cinnamon cappuccino I've had in a while. I also appreciate Starbucks is like the only place that offer an impossible sausage sandwich which I might add was also delicious. But the best part about this location is the staff, from being greeted when we walked in the door to the extra time Frank took with us on the order since we had no idea what we wanted.
Never had a worse Starbucks experience. Placed a mobile order and then waited in the drive through for 30 minutes even though there were only 3 cars in front of us. Would have gone in except once you enter the drive through you can’t exit. Once we got up to the window they handed us ONE of our two drinks. Had to ask for the second and when she grabbed it off the counter she said “hmm this iced matcha has no matcha in it” … it was legit just a cup of milk.
