When on 3/30/25 to get a Frappuccino drink. The driver through crew was the worst set of employees a place can higher. There was 2 male and a female. The 3 of them just stairs you down and keeps giggling. First of all my Frappuccino had no taste to it and was just white in color. When I was given my drink, all of them again just stairs and laughing. What an uncomfortable situation. I am a business owner myself and to see how someone like this can ruined what you have. ALL 3 SHOULD BE FIRED!!!
I picked up a mobile orders understanding it wasn’t ready yet but figured since there was no one in or waiting for the drive thru that it would just be another minute. Got to the window the guy said to drive around again. I pulled around to the parking to wait to go back thru since I guess they were busy though there was no one at the drive thru.
