My daughter wants.to get a drink and she was the only one in the line. She has to wait awhile because the one on the register was talking to a co-worker. Do you think they would stopped their conversation and assist my daughter? No, they continued chit-chatting. My daughter was so mad, she stormed away. This happened 2/21/25 between 4 to 5pm.
Located in the center common area of Paramus Park, this Starbucks is one of the popular and bright spots of this mall. It’s a small stall like structure with plenty of tables and chairs in front. They have all Starbucks drinks and bakery goods available, and bunch of SB merchandise as well. I have been visiting this store since 2016. Always had friendly good service. Thought Starbucks was to dispense free water to their customers upon request as a “corporate policy” apparently the water here is free but the cup will cost you 50 cents.
Whatever you do DO not go here. The customer service is so poor. The people who work here treat you like an idiot.
