Some of the employees here don’t adhere to Starbuck’s mission statement and believes customer must cater to them. I can hear their anger by saying more than they need. Manager and regional manager of this store need to do house cleaning and remove employees with an attitude that makes the company lose customer by intimidation.
They have been short staffed two days when I have been in the store within two weeks and both of the times I was in there when they were short staffed it took them like 20 minutes to make my order. When the order was finally ready I didn’t get any sort of acknowledgement that it took a long time. This is not the grade of service I expect from as large of a chain as you guys are. I’m disappointed.
I hate this Starbucks. Just wanted a black coffee in a travel mug. They would not touch my travel mug, therefore would not rinse or pour out a little bit that was in there. Instead, they gave me two paper cups which of course went directly into the garbage after I had to pour the coffee in my own mug If you don't want to touch somebody's cup, use gloves or hand sanitizer or wash your hands like the rest of the world. Get over yourselves. Looking for a good coffee shop in cranberry!
Old bald guy working the window got mad cuz I didn't tip. Refused to get my iced water. Usually a great place and location. I always tip the nice girls.
