Amazing location friendly staff
It took them forever to make me my crappy drink but it took them even longer to give me my refund for it. I timed it, it was sixteen minutes. They spent sixteen minutes on one customer even though there was a four other employees there. They opened the second register, for the same customer, because that register wasn't printing receipts. That whole time, they could have just opened that second register for me. The manager didn't even apologize for taking long, he just looked at me with a dumb look on his face.
