lady couldn't get the top to my drink without it spilling on so instead of remaking it, she poured it into another cup and topped it off with whipped cream... the, gave me a new cup and the top wasnt on correctly and it spilled all over me and in my car, i went back in to only be able to get a refund and my drink remade while it'll take hundreds of dollars to get the sticky coffee smell out my seats. and on top of that now halfway into drinking i find odd green dots in my caramel ribbon crunch frappe... doubt ill be back.

The employees are generally nice but the wait times are insane. Don’t go here unless you have like 20 mins to spare even if there is no line. I don’t understand what takes so long! My drink tastes different everytime, so don’t expect consistency. This is our only Starbucks in Palm city, let’s step it up!
