I'm a regular at this location. I came in this morning and one of the baristas, John was incredibly rude. The coffee I received tasted burnt, and whatever cream he put in my drink tasted spoiled. When I politely asked for it to be remade he paused and rolled his eyes at me. As a regular I'm really disappointed at the lack of quality and horrible customer service. I spend a lot of money at this Starbucks and for the price im paying, I expect my problems to be solved without an attitude.

I purchased a pastry from your store that was clearly spoiled. I noticed mold on it so obvious that it was not fresh and should never have been sold to a customer. I returned to the store to address the issue, and what disappointed me even more than the product itself was the complete lack of acknowledgment or apology from your staff. I've fallen on hard times, SSDI was denied, became homeless. Lost spot at journeys because I don't fit in there, people owe me money. Friendly staff, great drinks. Davaco needs to remodel the inside otherwise great place. You saved my life......
