This is my closest starbucks and I go here frequently and spend lots of money for last 3months while my son was going to a day program... things were great on the mobile order end.. one day I went thru the DT and ask for a pup cup at the window... Not only was the person serious but asked me to order at the window next time the pup cup, your not in my car people order things last sec all the time..Shame on you and your customer service.
