The last two times my order was wrong or delayed with no communication. It seems this store doesn't have a sense of urgency nor compassion as other stores in the area. I hope they improve, they are in a prime spot.
I enjoy Starbucks for its consistency, speed and ease of checkout. Of course the drinks are great and some of the food is surprisingly good. Like the breakfast sandwiches, egg bites and pastries. Also their app is very user friendly and the rewards are good.
I have to update my review. This Starbucks has come a long way in the past couple years. Recently the people have been friendly. The drinks are made well. I'm the past it was really hit or miss, but they have become more consistent, in the right direction!
