I have had nothing but good experiences at this location. The staff are always super kind and welcoming. If my order isn't ready I usually don't have to wait long for it. Excellent job! ☺️
I've been a regular here for quite some time. I ordered ahead and asked for a tall black coffee in a grande cup (I like the room when driving). I was there when it was being prepared, and they accidentally prepared a grande size. I watched the barista pour out the coffee in the sink to try and represent a tall size. Cup was only about 1/3 of the way full. I was handed the drink. I was a bit surprised to watch that and disappointed in that process (as a former Starbucks partner).
Unfortunately, didn’t find a customer service mail or number. This caffe has a flies 🪰and they sit right on the food. Hope, the owners would solve that problem soon 🙏🏻

If you want service with a snarl in a drive-thru, you can use this Starbucks. When I asked to order "up to 15 chocolate croissants cold and still in the package, depending on what they had," the girl on the speaker started lecturing me in a very annoyed voice that she couldn't possible give me any chocolate croissants unless I called in advance.
