Staff have consistently been great. They are however often stocked out of many things. Seating inside is limited
The girls works there appear does not know how to make the frapp. Also I was the 1st one ordered, but she did not make the drink in order and after 25 mins waiting, she handed me the wrong one! No apologize or anything. I had to made them re- do the order. Of course she is not happy and shows on her face! Even the customer after me asked me if I am supposed to receive the order prior to them.
Another disappointing Omaha experience. I am new to West Omaha and still trying to find my third place, but the atmosphere inside these Starbucks is frigid. There is never music playing, and like today at this location location there is just unfortunate conversation about staffing and personal lives that are not the way I want to start my Sunday morning. So disappointed in my experience yesterday. I came in around 10:00 a.m. and there were five girls working. I stood at the counter for 2 minutes without any acknowledgement from any one of them. One was even there by the bakery case putting items into bags. 2 others walked right in front of the counter a few times. Not a word or even eye contact.
