I came through the drive thru & was given the wrong order. I came back through the drive thru and told them it was wrong & they just seemed very irritated and acted like it was my fault even though it’s what I asked for. Then wanted to stare at me through the window without saying anything for 5 plus minutes while my food was just sitting there. I think your team needs to be way more respectful & friendlier with your customers.
3 classmates and myself walked in to study for an exam, and we were not greeted, nor acknowledged. We had all been up since 4am and it was about 3pm at this time, so we were a little giggly but not being loud or obnoxious and at one point I was looking around the restaurant because we had never been here before. I finally reached my tipping point and had to write a review on this Starbucks. This Starbucks is immensely slow! It is the slowest Starbucks I’ve been to. I’m not sure if they’re understaffed or if it’s a staff efficiency issue. I’m not sure why I’ve chosen to go back to this Starbucks multiple times when it’s always the same. 20 min in a drive thru lane on a Saturday at 11:20 AM in a non-busy location; unacceptable.
