This is my favorite Starbucks in Omaha! Their staff and service is excellent! Always enjoy when I get to stop by. Well done! Lois and Jana are absolute ROCK STARS!⭐️ ⭐️
This place has gone downhill over the last few months. The iced tea is consistently cloudy. Obviously, their reverse osmosis water filters are on the fritz and they’re in no hurry to fix them. Lots of staff turnover, too. The old crew did a better job. Now, I have to drive to the Elkhorn location to get a clear iced tea.
For some reason this is the only Starbucks that takes 25 minutes not exaggerating for coffee. I will sit in the drive through of this location for 20-30 minutes every time regardless of the time of day. It is the only one near my workplace so it really does suck. Coffee is usually made greatly but I don’t understand how it takes so long here and any other location it does not…
