3 classmates and myself walked in to study for an exam, and we were not greeted, nor acknowledged. I finally reached my tipping point and had to write a review on this Starbucks. This Starbucks is immensely slow! It is the slowest Starbucks I’ve been to. I’m not sure if they’re understaffed or if it’s a staff efficiency issue. I’m not sure why I’ve chosen to go back to this Starbucks multiple times when it’s always the same. 20 min in a drive thru lane on a Saturday at 11:20 AM in a non-busy location; unacceptable.
