I visit several SB locations. This location is right across the street from my gym. My usual visit time is around noon. I drink Pike, black, no room. On 3 of my last 4 visits, probably over 4-5 weeks, the coffee has been warm, not hot. Sometimes I have to wait on a fresh brew. I don’t mind that too much. Who doesn’t want a fresh cup… Very busy location, but $3.00 is too much for warm coffee. FYI
Avery went above and beyond to help me out while I was doordashing and one of my drinks had spilled during delivery. I am astonished at her attitude especially since she told me she has been up since 4:00 a.m. Working. When I arrived I told her what happened and she immediately started helping me and everything was done in a timely manner and I cannot thank these guys enough for their help.
I placed an online order almost 30 minutes ahead of time due to the fact that I was in a rush and did not want to have to wait in line for my coffee. I wanted it to be ready and waiting for me. The order said it would be ready in under 10 minutes. I arrived at the store and the baristas said “we don’t have an ingredient you paid extra for so we just didn’t make it.” They did not offer to refund the order or sub anything out.
