I ordered my drinks from Starbucks located at the Grove in advance on the app. Upon collecting them, I politely said to the lady who worked there (Deseree) sorry to bother you but please can I have a pup cup. One of the things I love about Starbucks is they give you pup cup free of charge. It’s basically a really small cup with some cream in and it’s such a lovely thing they do for dogs. I’ve been visiting Starbucks since day one and I’ve been to plenty. I’ve never ever stepped foot into one that tells you an iced coffee is going to be 20 minutes just because there’s a hoard of pre-teen girls waiting for drinks at the pick-up station. I can only imagine how terrible the management is here to actually believe that telling customers their iced drinks are going to take 20 minutes in the hopes you can turn them away and lessen your workload is good for business.
