Loved my little friends on my coffee cup this morning :) everyone at this location is always upbeat and kind!
Always takes too long!!!!! Hire some employees!!! People always crowded but only 3 employees working!! Ridiculous!
Always happy with my hot and cold Starbucks coffee - during the winter, at work, on the road during the summer, and at NJ/NYC Starbucks cafe. Middletown is the best. Though I wish they would bring back the comfortable and cozy chairs and atmosphere.
Extremely rude staff. Got order wrong and always late even when you order ahead on the app.
The absolute worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to! Long lines. Rude workers. Didn’t honor my birthday drink and instead told me to go to another location. When I asked for my money back they did that wrong as well. When asking for a manager the little girl lied to my face and then proceeded to laugh about my issue and concern of my refund! Totally unprofessional in every way. Never even got my food or drink.
