Went inside to order. Waited at the counter for a couple minutes and the blonde Manager put her finger up to me while she continued her personal phone conversation. Took my order, allowed me to tip her and then forgot to make the order. Went back to her phone call and started mopping the floor. 12 minutes later I asked her about the sandwiches and she was like oh let me get those for you. Focus on your job and please have a slight bit of respect to everyone else is having a busy day as well.

To the females working on March 15 at 5 pm Learn some customer service. There was one car waiting for their drinks while I was at the speaker waiting to order. I waited 7 minutes to order and when I got to the window all I see are girls fooling around chit chatting and no one is even in the lobby. The whole interaction with them was off and I would never recommend going to this location to anyone. On March 14, 2026 at approximately 4:40 PM, I took my daughter to the Starbucks drive-thru. I was the only vehicle in the drive-through at the time. While placing the order, I was asking my daughter what drink she wanted, and she told me she wanted a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino. Because there were no other cars in the drive-through, the interaction was clearly directed at my order.
