I ordered a hazelnut iced coffee with creamer and classic. The young lady made my coffee when I seen it, looked like it was all creamer. I asked how much creamer did she put she points at the cup and goes “it says there” I’m not sure if she knew half/half does not mean half the cup is creamer. Anyways she said she’d make it again. Another worker comes up helps the next customer and then remakes my coffee as well. I know if you’re an iced coffee drinker you can tell when there is melted ice or water in your coffee. Anna is the Worst , she Holds 10 minute conversations with friends while you are in line waiting , Horrible experience , will probably never buy from here again, the starbucks inside the kroger
My drink was ready they was just looking at me and didn’t tell me nothing like how rude.
Bring a lawn chair and maybe setup your mailbox here. That’s how long it takes to get drinks.
