My order is NEVER consistent. Last week, I ordered a grande white chocolate mocha and the cup wasn’t even halfway full. My whip cream didn’t even reach the rim of the cup. I have tried this location multiple times because it’s a couple lights up from my house, but I will drive all the way to the McKinney and Hardin location before I ever patronize this location again.
I have been drinking the same coffee, a tall white chocolate mocha with oat milk, no whip, for over 10 years now. I moved to Princeton 3 years ago and being that this location is minutes from my house quite naturally this is where I would go to get my coffee. Well, last time was the last time I'll be going to this location. My drink is never consistent and mostly tastes like milk & sugar. I can barely ever taste the coffee or the chocolate in it. After 30 years of paying $10.00 for bad cups of milk, Was refused an ice water on 112 degree day 🤪🤪per company policy. MY NEW POLICY DONT GIVE THEM MY $$
