It's always a good experience at Starbucks
I like Starbucks mainly for the consistency and convenience. It’s easy to find, the atmosphere works well when I need to get some work done, and the coffee is reliably good even if it isn’t specialty-coffee level. Their seasonal drinks are usually my pick when I want something sweeter rather than a serious coffee.
Sadly this is the closest Starbucks to me. I always ask for light ice, and for some reason they just can’t get it right.
I come to this location nearly every weekday, normally drive thru. It’s ok, can be inconsistent but ok. I came in today and out of the 4 women working, not one greeting as I came or left. The girl working the drive thru and the girl making the drinks seemed to be the only ones actually doing something. I ordered in the app. My drink was ready on time but I guess the other two girls were too busy talking to microwave my food. Why is this location so BAD!!!! They are so rude! And can’t even make drinks right. I come here a few times a week on my way to work and leave disappointed every single time. Sucks because it’s the only one around! Worst service! Simple drinks wrong! Rude all around!
