This location is trash and most of the staff is incompetent except the OGs(people who have been there a year or more?!! Every time I go through the drive thru they ask what is your order but are never ready to take it. You can tell they are not at the computer because as you are telling nothing is on the screen and then they ask you to repeat it. This pisses me off. If I could leave zero stars I would, incompetent staff that doesn’t know the menu with horrible service, they remade my drink literally 3 times and still did not make it correct. I even said you know what just give me what my wife had because her drink was made correctly, and guess what?! They made me something completely different from what they made her. Fire everybody and start over.
great service and the girls who work there are super friendly. the atmosphere is very chill as well
Not sure what happened today but the coffee was burned and tasted awful. I could've gone to any fastfood place and gotten the same low quality coffee today. The temperature was way to hot, hence the nasty taste. I expect a LOT more from a place with baristas.
