The new transfer barista named Layne is not only rude and nasty. I paid for my drink and asked for a cup of ice because I’m pregnant and LOVE Starbucks ice! She stated it’s free ice and ice and ice when I requested the ice from the back. She was mean nasty and slammed the door in my face and my 5 year old witness it and said wow mommy how rude! I've never been a coffee drinker. Hubby insisted I try a sip of the carmel ribbon Frappe. We'll I did and yep, now I get the hype.
I am so sad because my coffee was only half full :( it tasted great though
