Yikes!! I come to this location almost every day because I live nearby. I absolutely love the majority of the staff , they're friendly, and I know most of them by name. Unfortunately, there are a few crew members who seem to mess up my drinks almost every single time. It's frustrating to pay for what is considered expensive drinks and consistently receive the wrong order, only to be made to feel like you're the inconvenience for asking it to be corrected. Employees were very rude never greeted me or asked if I needed anything just kept working like I wasn’t there. Just made me stand for 10 mins and watch them work. Nobody came to help until after 10mins. Then finally someone asked me and the order wasn’t even ready. You would think you would get better customer service since it’s 5 people working at once but I guess not.
It was the coffee drink that was different from other Starbucks. I always order a soy latte no foam As I told the girl at the drive thru, I need the soy more than the foam. When it cooled down enough to taste I was miles away. The drink was bitter as if it had more coffee than soy. When I took the lid off to see if there was soy I saw black chunks, what I can only assume to be coffee, floating on top. It was not specks of coffee grounds, but irregular black shapes.
