Made the mistake of start in my order with a water. Before I could even finish my sentence, the woman “helping” me interrupted me to tell me they don’t give out water. Skipped to my second item, a very simple latte. Then she said she could actually give me water since I was making a purchase. I understand but at least let your customer finish speaking before assuming they only want free water.
There’s a cashier who’s very rude. She has a butterfly tattoo on her hand. She shouldn’t be working there. If you don’t like your job, quit.
Absolutely no seating inside, not a single chair or a table which explains why they’re completely empty with five staff, and zero customers. Perfectly fine if you want drive-through.
We were on a road trip and stopped for a snack and to use the bathroom but they didn't have one.
