Good Morning Campers. Day 22 of getting coffee at this location and I find my coffee experience less than "Grande", again. Each day has left me with excessive spilled coffee in my vehicles cup holder, splashed coffee from the lack of lid to cup cohesion all over my hand as I walk into my office, and cup rings all over my desk from the inevitable putting down of the cup O'Joe to wipe my hand off. Kayla really didn’t want to make a decaf Sumatra. Said the only decaf they had was pike.
The short interaction I had with Vince completely turned my day around. You don’t ever see customer service like that anymore and it was extremely refreshing. Not only does he work hard but he does it with a smile on his face and a GREAT personality. I never leave reviews but I couldn’t let Vince go unnoticed.
