I made a mobile order and waited over 20 extra minutes for my 1 drink, there were 4 employees and not one of them asked me in that 20 minutes I sat there if I needed help or what my order was, nothing! In fact 2 of them made a new drink flavor, toasted and drank it instead!
Honestly, one of the worst Starbucks experiences I’ve had. The drinks were ridiculously slow coming out, and when they finally did, they tasted pretty mediocre for a drink that costs around **$8**. And somehow they can charge $8 for a drink but can’t include a sleeve for a **hot drink**. They handed me a steaming-hot cup with no sleeve, leaving me trying to carry it without burning my hand just to drink this overpriced garbage. At these prices, the experience should be better.
