Karen was fantastic! Super friendly!! Our drinks made by Kyle were delicious, miss Karen had our croissants out really fast too
This is the location I go to 99% of the time because it's close to my job. Most baristas know my coffee order when I walk in. Karen is always excited to see my husband and I.
Karen is absolutely the sweetest person who works at this location. To see a customer be rude over a chocolate croissant was so sad. She was just trying to warn her it was hot and this woman got upset over it??? Give Karen a raise!! She has been busting her butt at this store for years. I hate seeing service people so disrespected. I have been coming here for years and the customers need to learn to respect service workers.
I cannot express how much I loved this Starbucks! We always make sure we visit on vacations and work trip and I always compare them to the ones we have in town. Never have to wait for my items and the employees are always polite. Store manager I believe named Megan (with blonde hair) is extremely friendly and chatted with my daughters while we ordered. Made us feel like we were home! Will visit soon in January when we go back for soccer!
Megan is great!!! Love to see her every time I go through. She always has a great attitude and a smile on her face.
