I had a very disappointing experience at this location (Store #3433-93669). I waited 45 minutes for a drink order that should have taken no more than 6–9 minutes. Completely unacceptable. While waiting, I watched my order get pushed further and further back in the queue while other people’s drinks were made much faster. It honestly made me wonder if there’s some kind of “VIP program” that the rest of us don’t know about. This location really needs to improve its consistency and efficiency.
