I hate that you can't pay cash I WILL YOU COULD ORDER IN THE store but I'm forced to order online
pick up ONLY. why is this a thing? seems like you’re paying two extra people to stand on their phone. I saw one girl go straight from touching her phone to putting someone’s food in a bag with her bare hands. My drink was ready and shuts sat behind the counter for a couple extra minutes after I had already waited an abnormal amount of time for a cold refresher. The person that greeted me was nice and I’m not trying to smash everyone that’s working there, but it seems like you need to do some retraining.
Rated 2 overall because the young lady was polite in explaining without an app order I could not be served. Food gets 0 as it was undrinkable, due to my not being able order like a normal human being walking into a coffee shop. The atmosphere was nonexistent. I won't use an app to order coffee... and to not be allowed to in person. You've lost my business.
