Every time I come to this Starbucks I feel so taken care of from the minute I walk in. The service is fast during busy hours which is important for me especially when in a rush to get to work!! Keep up the good work Merrick management & staff!
I ordered a ham & Swiss and instead of being contacted they gave me two 4$ gift cards, the sandwich costs 9.45 with tax it’d be 10$ aside from not giving me a sandwich I paid for, I wasn’t refunded the full amount for the sandwich or communicated about it. I opened The bag to NOTHING, if I ordered it was because I am hungry and opening a bag to not my sandwich and scammed by almost 2$ is absolutely insane, didn’t even replace it with another sandwich which is more forgivable.
Great service, great coffee, and friendly staff every time I visit. One of my favorite Starbucks locations!
