Today was the launch of the bearista cup. Unfortunately workers were told the launch was tomorrow. With customers annoyed, angry and videoing Jan reacted professional and caring to fix the matter. He was still friendly to the customers who were not friendly back and eventually fixed the matter. I applaud his ability to handle the angry customers and stay professional and composed himself. He was a top notch professional who deserves to be recognized.
I would never come here if it wasn’t on my route to work, but I am now willing to go out of my way in the morning to avoid dealing with this place. The staff is unfriendly, does not greet their customers, are slow and disorganized, and talk to each other behind the counter instead of interacting with their guests. They made my drink perfectly and they’re always so friendly!
I go to this Starbucks all the time because it’s convenient, but today will be my last visit. I always order my food and drinks ahead of time, and every single time my order is delayed. This store is consistently backed up, and it seems like there are too many employees talking, texting, and not paying attention to customer orders.
