I ordered the iced pumpkin spice cream chai. It was good as always in any Starbucks. The young lady who took my order was a little rude and not friendly as most Starbucks employees usually are. She did not acknowledge me until I left a tip and then I got a thank you. The place was dirty although that could be because it was near closing time (7pm).
5 stars for this Starbucks! You feel right at home from the moment you step into the establishment! From the warm greeting from the very attentive staff to the cozy atmosphere, not to mention the delicious drinks and treats! Sitting down, I was able to see how they interacted with all their customers and everyone that came in was greeted with such respect! I especially enjoyed watching the staff clean on their downtime, including the outstanding manager, Nick! Def recommend this Starbucks!

I dont even know where to start with this starbucks though. reckless pre teens everywhere PRE TEENS! litter everywhere and one even tried stealing my phone. 10 kids yelled at and asked to leave. Nice location, could use more seating.
I went in around 3pm and was greeted very nicely. The staff is very pleasant, especially Raphael. He was very welcoming and had great service. The drinks also tasted delicious, while the food tasted fresh. Nothing but compliments for this location, and Raphael deserves a raise.
