I had a really bad experience at Starbucks with some kid with black poofy hair . he was rude to me for no reason and when i ordered he had a bad attitude the entire time. It felt like he didn’t want to help me and made the visit a horrid experience. and then on top of all that i feel like he made my drink WRONG. this behavior is super unprofessional
The worker Brianna is an excellent worker she made me feel so welcome definitely the best worker there!
