This location is always filty. The garbage pails are always over flowing and trash on the floor. The tables and chairs wobble making it uncomfortable to sit on IF you can get one because it's way over crowded with tween/teenage kids which come in ten at a time. Maybe one or two buy something but they taking up all seats. They had a toilet over flow and left the door open. The dirty water leaked into the hallway. Hi I came into Starbucks today 11/3 at 7pm and the workers working Nicole , Brianna , Elsy, Jennifer were excellent Nicole is the best shift !!! And Brianna and elsy, and Jennifer best baristas !! They made my drink really good and I felt welcomed in a safe environment they were really kind I am definitely coming back here !!!!
I stopped going to this Starbucks back in early September due to an employee that was continuously provocative with my significant other. I brought the situation to the managers attention fortunately I don’t believe that employee works there anymore. Picture this: 3 staff working with a room full of customers waiting for their drinks. One poorly trained employee making one drink every 5 minutes while the other two blissfully work on refilling utensils and cleaning equipment while everyone waits. Instead of jumping in everyone waits, with no urgency or interest in customer satisfaction. They need some oversight in here.
I’m not from this area so I googled the closest “Starbucks near me” and this one on Merrick came up. Went in to pick up my order, the young girl checked my phone then her I pad and said it was already picked up. I said I now got here and didn’t pick anything up. So it was taking a while for her to clarify it so I said to her please I have an appointment nearby by I can’t wait Longer, I’ll be back in 1/2 hour.
