I would never come here if it wasn’t on my route to work, but I am now willing to go out of my way in the morning to avoid dealing with this place. The staff is unfriendly, does not greet their customers, are slow and disorganized, and talk to each other behind the counter instead of interacting with their guests. I go to this Starbucks all the time because it’s convenient, but today will be my last visit. I always order my food and drinks ahead of time, and every single time my order is delayed. This store is consistently backed up, and it seems like there are too many employees talking, texting, and not paying attention to customer orders.
