edit: I went in today and saw the same barista, although i don’t know her full name her name on her name tag was “K” so beware of any curly hair baristas with the letter k. original: today i went in and ordered a pink drink with light cold foam. This location has gone downhill. Evening service is atrocious , baristas are rude , impatient, disrespectful and sarcastic.
I had a horrible experience at Starbucks today. I come here almost every other day for coffee. Before I could get my order taken the worker “KIKI” started to over talk me and told me “what do you even want” i ignored the rude customer service and continued to give my order waiting for my total. She’s tells me “WILL DO” then she is even more rude at the window. The shift lead on this shift watched all this happen and did nothing about it BTW. Plz re train your staff!
I went back and they hadn't put a lot of the honey in there the way I like it when I went back. No problem. They fix it right away so I like the helpful tea that have the lemon and honey try it if you got a cold or you just want to warm up in the morning. Have a great day. Starbucks is on its way
