Nice location right by the train station. Clean bathrooms that use a code to enter. Coffee made well. Overall a good experience. Would stop here again.
This is the most amazing coffee shop I've been to in a while. These employees were trained right. I received assistance in figuring out my order, which was perfect because I'm so darn indecisive. As my latte was being prepared, I was engaged in a conversation with the barista that brightened my day. Today in Oak Forest, IL, I witnessed something that shouldn’t be happening in 2025, especially if I'm using this platform to speak on it. A Black woman, clearly either homeless or in a mental health crisis, came into the local #Starbucks asking for a cup of ice water and to use the restroom. She was denied by the staff—even after local teens tried to offer money on her behalf. The best thing about my visit today was the kind lady who took my order but it was downhill from there. I waited over 10 minutes at the window and when I did get my $9 drink that I splurged on all the extras, it was nasty. You order a coffee drink with extra coffee but don’t get coffee. The man who handed me my drink looked like he didn’t want to be there and his attitude confirmed it. I’ll try another location because this wasn’t good at all.
Overall great customer service experience!! Keep up the good work, Starbucks. I Loveeee my barista @ 159th Cicero (Jenna ) I hope I spelled her name right!! 🥰
