The Barista Ashley has terrible customer service skills. This person has a condescending and arrogant attitude towards the customers. I have been a customer at Starbucks for many years, and I visit the Groton location every morning. Upper management please reach out via email or message, I would like to share my experience. Thank you. EVERYONE ELSE IN THE STORE IS REALLY NICE. Including the manager. Thanks.
Gwen waited on us at 3:38pm today, this Barista went above and beyond, was extremely friendly, and made our beverages with perfection!! Thank you Gwen!!!! The 5 stars are really for this Barista!!!
