This barista with clear framed glasses, tats and curls was sweet, kind, and lovely. She helped me and my partner get our drinks late in the evening. High quality customer service.

While I usually love the energy in this place, I had a bad experience this morning with a barista today. I had ordered a venti iced cherry chai latte through the app, and when I arrived to pick up my drink, it was missing the cherry foam and the cherry topping. I first let her know that the drink was incorrect and that it was missing the cherry toppings. When I told her, she told me she would dump some of the chai latte to add the toppings.
