My furbaby had just passed away and I'm in the middle of traveling to bury her back home. It's a heartbreaking experience and I was trying to bear a smile on my face while ordering my drink. It's late at night and I need caffeine to try to get through a 16 hour drive. Seeing the message on my drink and the words they said were very nice. I greatly appreciate it 🩹
Service was spot on. Ordered a hot drink, came out cold. They immediately fixed it. Hey mistakes happen, it's how one fixes it that matters. Good place to people watch and study
