Third and last trip here. First two trips, ordered iced black tea. The server said they offered free refills should I want one, which I thought was nice. Third trip, ordered tea, sat about 40 minutes reading, then requested refill. Waiter said we only offer refills if you have been in the restaurant the entire time.
