Hi Starbucks Team! I wanted to write about an employee that has gone above and beyond. I frequent Starbucks almost every day and order the same exact thing. Today I went in, and Victoria Carr from your 80th and 2nd Ave location served me my coffee. She then came over and informed me that if I ordered it a little differently, I could save money. Unorganized, uncoordinated. A girl received my order without soul, just as I feared, my coffee was not made for 20 mins. Barista says maybe someone else took it.
