If I could give this location zero stars, I absolutely would. I came in for a peaceful afternoon coffee and a bagel with my child, only to experience one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful interactions I’ve ever encountered — from someone who claimed to be the district manager. Ive been here twice each time they somehow manage to mess up my drink and overcharge me for something i didnt ask for. I ordered a matcha with oat and vanilla and this guy on register charges me for COLD FOAM. I realize midway into them making my drink to tell them i didnt ask for this, find out they charged me an extra $1.75 for this ridiculous foam. I went there most of the time, when I was working nearby. I used to order impossible breakfast food, but it came to me inside meat still chill. I didn't mind eating a frozen burger, because passion and service was nice. But when one day service goes worse workers have no passion and no management. it wasn't Starbucks before.
