I’ve been coming here since this place opened, but I’m done. Every time I come in, the same woman — **Jen** — is at the register, and she’s consistently rude, lazy, and disrespectful. She talks nonstop, distracts the people actually working, and treats women (including me) like garbage while being perfectly polite to men. Been coming here for years. Service is always friendly which is on par for most Starbucks. Order is always correct. I enjoy the location and atmosphere. Atmosphere is cozy/quaint and not so corporate compared to other locations.
I love that they have a second floor, which is perfect for studying while enjoying a nicely prepared drink and a sweet treat. The baristas are nice and the drinks are usually quickly prepared.
