I am so disappointed to write a negative review I have always raved about the customer service at this location and how amazing the baristas are. I placed a mobile order while checking out of the grocery store at finished quicker than when my order was completed. The other day I went in and I was having a day where my stress was eating me alive and I just needed a caffeine overload! Immediately one of the baristas greeted me kindly per usual, but as time went on the young lady was exceeding expectations. All of a sudden, my stress was getting lifted. I asked the young lady her name, and with a big smile, she said “Sophie!”. What an awesome employee you have. I will be back again because of her!
Today I went in and met one of the most sweet and attentive employee Megan she was so willing to help and made me feel so at home was so sweet the whole time and made sure I had everything I needed she is amazing !
Love Starbucks but they are getting a little to expensive.
