Cashier was rude and dismissive. We had waited in the drive thru for just over ten minutes when we made it to the window and she took payment. We sat there for another minute and then I asked about how much longer it would be. The cashier shrugged her shoulders and rudely stated there had been 12 orders ahead of me. I understand the business but I don’t under the customer service. I left without my drinks and called for a refund.
Really disheartening that you no longer do free pup cups without a purchase. I got a coffee from you earlier and then swung back by omw home just to ask for a couple of pup cups to take to my doggos. Barista informed me it was against policy. I would have gotten them earlier with my coffee but they would have melted! It’s giving icky corporate greed vibes. I stopped at Dutch Bros instead after and they gave me free pup cups no purchase necessary.
We waited forever in the drive through just to get rude service and terrible drinks. Additionally, the employee rolled their eyes at my boyfriend when he ask for an extra shot in his drink. I used to love this store, which is why I have 2 instead of 1 but the quality was terrible.
Consistently great service and beverages!
