Staff are extremely rude. Everytime iv gone to get a drink or food iv been treated badly. I've had staff talk back to me. Tell me to hurry up. And to be quicker. They always talk to me like I'm the scum of the earth and I haven't even said anything yet. The other day I had a awful day and all I wanted was a water to rehydrated from crying. But I was refused. I would pay for it. All I wanted was water. Every other Starbucks I have never had a problem but this one, they always treat me awful.
This is my favorite Starbucks location, I will drive by several other Starbucks locations just to get to this one lol the staff is always so friendly and everything is always so clean! They left a sweet note on my coffee today and it’s little touches like that that make them special!
The best starbucks with the best lobby! Love meeting my bff here for coffee and the staff is so kind to us! Highly recommend this starbucks
