They messed up my drink and and when I asked for them to change it they took it without a second thought apologized and gave me a free drink along w my new one
I love Starbucks! Their drinks are so good! The staff is always so nice also! It's definitely pricy for drinks, but still worth it.
The quality of this location has really gone downhill. I order the same drink every time and it’s different every time I order it. The staff are really nice…unless there’s a problem with your order. I always get greeted, but they seem so put out when I ask them to fix my drink. I also hate that dogs are allowed inside (not just service animals). That seems really unsanitary when they just let them run around or carry them and touch all the merchandise on the wall. You’re much better off going to the location inside Smith’s.
