I usually stop by here every now and then. The service is usually nice, however, this morning was not. After I got my order, July 31 at 9:31 am, I went back and asked for a small cup of water, the guy making drinks seemed bothered/annoyed and asked me what name it was under. I said it wasn't an order I just want a cup of water. He gave me a hard time for a simple cup of water. DON'T WORK THERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO! SIMPLY QUIT! NO ONE IS FORCING YOU, SWEETHEART!
Wow, it has to be a bad day. This place has always been the gold standard for me when it comes to service both in person and mobile order. This has also been the case with my frequent GrubHub orders...they set a very high bar when it came to accuracy and packaging BUT alas, you are only as good as your last good deed or in this case, your last good customer experience.
