I walked in there and even though they said hi welcome in, I stood there for at least 10 minutes because when I went in there I was looking at my scan and realized it was 17 after the hour and when I left it was 27 after the hour and no one bothered to ask me if I needed help or wanted to order. Avoid this Starbucks. They struggle at life let alone the job. I had a 30 min lunch at 2:30 in the afternoon. Stopped for a coffee. No one inside and it took 22 min to get my mocha. After they completely messed up the first drink because apparently they couldn't focus on the one customer and got the order wrong. It was a mocha on a half hour lunch. All the staff were incredibly nice, especially River. Cool hair too. However, the temperature in the store was so hot that I couldn't stand being there after I got my drink.
Sadie is literally the nicest person to ever exist She was so very kind!!!! She's fast but not in a way that makes you feel rushed, genuinely such a good worker and such a sweet person!
